Johor AlphaFarm Completed — From Demonstration to Global Expansion
CESeL Primus has completed Johor AlphaFarm in Malaysia. With a practical Southeast Asian reference platform established, the next stages focus on localization and circular-resource expansion.
Johor AlphaFarm Completed
Johor AlphaFarm is a reference platform for validating year-round premium strawberry production, cultivation operating data, and future Bio-CO₂ integration under Southeast Asian conditions. Facility development is complete, and preparations for practical operations are underway.

Localizing Premium Korean Strawberries in Malaysia
CESeL Primus is working with Malaysia's Department of Agriculture in Putrajaya on the import pathway for premium Korean strawberry plants.
Cooperation with Johor DOA is also being pursued through Invest Johor to support local cultivation and market development. The objective is to establish a production base suited to Malaysian market needs and cultivation conditions.
Expanding the Bio AlphaFarm Value Chain
Johor AlphaFarm is being developed as a regional Bio AlphaFarm commercialization platform. The circular model under review connects electricity, Bio-CO₂, waste heat, and recovered resources from biogas operations with premium strawberry production.
From Demonstration to Global Expansion
The expansion path has three stages: demonstration, localization, and circular expansion. Field production and operations are validated first, premium Korean strawberries are then localized, and Bio-CO₂ and biogas resources are connected for expansion across ASEAN and global markets.
