Global Bio AlphaFarm Business Model
Integrating premium strawberry vertical farming, bioenergy, and organic resource valorization into a scalable circular-economy business platform.

Bio AlphaFarm Expands Its Global Business Model
Bio AlphaFarm is advancing its global business model by connecting organic waste treatment, renewable energy, resource recovery, and premium strawberry vertical farming into an integrated commercial platform.
The expanded model positions Bio AlphaFarm as the central project developer and business integrator, connecting organic waste generators with specialized bioenergy operators.
The model focuses on organic waste streams that involve disposal costs and offer potential for both biogas production and digestate valorization.
Bio AlphaFarm is developing three complementary business areas:
Premium Strawberry Farming
Our core business, producing high-value strawberries through advanced vertical farming supported by renewable energy and recovered resources.
Fertilizer Raw Material Supply
Creating additional commercial value by converting suitable anaerobic digestion by-products into fertilizer raw materials.
Waste & Energy Integration
Coordinating organic waste treatment, feedstock supply, bioenergy production, and the utilization of power, waste heat, Bio-CO₂, and recovered water.
Through this integrated approach, Bio AlphaFarm aims to establish a scalable business platform adaptable to local feedstock resources, market conditions, and regional partnerships.
We are advancing global commercialization opportunities by combining premium agriculture with renewable energy and circular resource utilization.
We are currently developing projects integrating bioenergy and Bio AlphaFarm in Johor, Malaysia, and Singapore. This global business model will be adapted to local feedstock resources and commercial conditions, and developed into integrated projects with regional partners.
