Johor AlphaFarm — From Demonstration to Global Expansion
CESeL Primus has completed Johor AlphaFarm in Malaysia. With a practical Southeast Asian reference platform now established, the next stages focus on localization and circular-resource expansion.
Johor AlphaFarm Completed
Johor AlphaFarm is a reference platform for validating year-round premium strawberry production, cultivation operating data, and future Bio-CO₂ integration under Southeast Asian conditions. Facility development is complete, and preparations for practical operations are underway.

Localizing Premium Korean Strawberries in Malaysia
The next stage is the localization of premium Korean strawberries in Malaysia. CESeL Primus is working with Malaysia's Department of Agriculture in Putrajaya on the import pathway for premium Korean strawberry plants.
Cooperation with Johor DOA is also being pursued through Invest Johor to support local cultivation and market development. The objective is to establish a production base suited to Malaysian market needs and cultivation conditions.
Expanding the Bio AlphaFarm Value Chain
CESeL Primus intends to develop Johor AlphaFarm into a regional Bio AlphaFarm commercialization platform. The company is currently identifying and assessing biogas project opportunities in Johor and Korea.
The circular model connects electricity, Bio-CO₂, waste heat, and recovered resources from biogas operations with AlphaFarm, integrating local organic resources, clean energy, and premium food production within one value chain.
From Demonstration to Global Expansion
Johor AlphaFarm follows a three-step expansion path: demonstration, localization, and circular expansion. The model validates production and operations in the field, localizes premium Korean strawberries, and then integrates Bio-CO₂ and biogas resources for expansion across ASEAN and global markets.
