How AlphaFarm Cuts Cooling Power Using the Water It Produces — AlphaEnergy-AIS
AlphaFarm recovers near-high-purity, low-TDS condensate during low-temperature dehumidification. That water is not only reused inside the farm — through AlphaEnergy-AIS™, it becomes an energy-saving resource that reduces cooling power.

AlphaFarm produces water
AlphaFarm recovers near-high-purity, low-TDS condensate during low-temperature dehumidification. This recovered water is not merely reused inside the farm — it can be put back to work as an energy resource that lowers the cooling system's power draw.
- Condensate recovered during low-temperature dehumidification
- Near-high-purity, low-TDS water quality
- Beyond in-farm reuse — used as an energy resource
How AlphaEnergy-AIS™ works
AlphaEnergy-AIS™ circulates the water produced by AlphaFarm through the module and uses the latent heat of evaporation to lower the temperature of the air entering the outdoor unit.
When outdoor-unit intake air is cooler, the condensing load eases and compressor burden drops. This can reduce power consumption and improve operating stability across cooling and low-temperature dehumidification systems.
- Recovered water circulated through the module
- Latent heat of evaporation pre-cools outdoor-unit intake air
- Eased condensing load, lower compressor burden
- Reduced power use and more stable operation
Expected benefits
The figures below are targets under standard assumptions. Actual effects may vary with outdoor temperature, humidity, airflow, installation conditions, and water management status.
- Up to 5°C reduction in outdoor-unit intake air temperature (target)
- Up to 12% mitigation in peak power load (target)
- Up to 7% reduction in average daily power consumption (target)
- Reduced high-pressure trip risk and improved operating stability
Circular infrastructure linking water and energy
AlphaFarm produces water, and that water is reused as a power-saving resource. It is CESeL Primus' circular infrastructure solution, connecting food production, water recovery, and cooling efficiency in one loop.

Frequently asked questions
Q. Does AlphaEnergy-AIS need a separate water supply?
No. It circulates the low-TDS condensate that AlphaFarm recovers on its own during low-temperature dehumidification. The farm's own water is reused as a cooling power-saving resource, with no external water feed.
Q. How much power does it actually save?
Under standard conditions, it targets up to 7% lower average daily power consumption and up to 12% peak-load mitigation. Actual savings depend on outdoor temperature, humidity, airflow, installation conditions, and water management, so we review each site individually.
Q. How does it reduce power?
The latent heat of the recovered water pre-cools the outdoor-unit intake air, lowering the condensing load. Compressor burden drops, cutting cooling and dehumidification power, and high-pressure trip risk falls for more stable operation.
